Adwoa Aboah Is Marc Jacobs’ New Beauty Ambassador | @MarcBeauty

by Yah Yah

Ghanaian-British supermodel and activist Adwoa Aboah has just been named as the newest face of Marc Jacobs Beauty for 2018. Aboah’s new position will see her joining Jacob’s current roster of beauty ambassadors, including Kaia Gerber, Winona Ryder, and Edie Campbell.

Aboah has worked with Marc Jacobs in the past, as the fashion designer gave Aboah her first New York show. Since then, he has been championing her career.

“Marc gave me my first fashion show in New York City. It was a dream come true, and from that point on, he has been one of my biggest supporters. I am so excited to be the new face of Marc Jacobs Beauty, and to have been able to work alongside Marc once again is truly inspirational. His attention to detail is like no other, and you see his vision instantly come to life,” Aboah says in a statement about the collaboration.

Adwoa’s campaign kicks off with the Le Marc Liquid Lip Crayon, seen wearing below.

The Le Marc Liquid Lip Crayon drops at sephora.com on December 12th.
