Kelela‘s sultry single “Blue Light” was premiered a few weeks back, on Beats 1 Radio, and her fans lost their sh*t! So of course, the Take Me Apart vocalist has given the seductive cut the optic treatment, and it’s everything we could’ve hoped for!
Decked out in a gold fit, Kelela’s signature locs take on a life of their own, covering her from head to toe. At the time of the single’s premiere, Kelela explained the song’s title to Ebro, saying,
“In my ex-boyfriend’s room there was a blue towel on the wall like a poster towel, and he’d shine the light on the towel, and it sort of lit the room in this blue light, and it was really sexy.”
