Jasmine Crockett is calling for immediate action from top federal officials, urging them to invoke the Twenty-Fifth Amendment to remove Donald Trump from office.

In a sharply worded public statement and formal letter, Crockett directed her message to JD Vance and members of the president’s Cabinet, arguing that the situation has reached a critical point.

“Invoke the 25th Amendment. Do your f**king job,” Crockett wrote.

Her remarks come alongside a detailed letter sent from her congressional office, where she outlined concerns about the president’s fitness to serve and warned of potential national and global consequences if no action is taken.

Crockett argued that it has become “indisputably apparent” that the president is unfit for office, raising concerns about both leadership capacity and decision-making at the highest level of government. She further warned that the country is being pushed toward dangerous geopolitical outcomes, including the risk of escalating conflicts abroad.

The Texas congresswoman also criticized Republican leadership, accusing them of enabling the current administration rather than intervening.

In her letter, Crockett described the moment as a constitutional test, emphasizing that the 25th Amendment provides a mechanism for addressing presidential incapacity when necessary. Section Four of the amendment allows the vice president and a majority of the Cabinet to declare a president unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office.

“The country and the Constitution remain in jeopardy with each passing day,” she said.

Crockett framed her call to action as urgent, stating that the United States is at a crossroads and that failure to act could have lasting consequences for both domestic governance and international stability.

Her comments add to ongoing political tensions in Washington, as debates over executive power, accountability, and constitutional safeguards continue to intensify.
