Jennifer Lopez is reportedly gaining full control of the $52 million Beverly Hills mansion she once shared with ex-husband Ben Affleck, after he allegedly signed over his entire stake in the property for no financial compensation.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former couple recently modified their property settlement agreement to reflect a “transfer of property among spouses.” While the filing does not detail specific terms, reports indicate that Affleck has handed over his interest in the luxury estate to J.Lo, meaning she would receive the full proceeds if the property is eventually sold.

The mansion, located in Beverly Hills, was originally purchased in 2023 for approximately $60.85 million in cash, a figure well below its earlier $135 million asking price listed in 2018. The purchase came during what fans have widely referred to as “Bennifer 2.0,” the rekindled relationship between J.Lo and Affleck that brought the pair back together in 2021 after their early 2000s romance and broken engagement.

The property was later listed for sale within a year of their marriage, with the asking price reduced to around $52 million, though the home has not yet sold. As the listing remained active, reports now suggest that Affleck has stepped away from any ownership interest, leaving J.Lo in full control of the asset while the home remains on the market.

Following their separation, Affleck reportedly moved out of the residence, while J.Lo has continued living there as renovations are completed on another property she has acquired. The shift in ownership adds another development to the couple’s post-divorce financial arrangements, which have remained closely followed since their split.

The latest update also comes as Affleck has been linked to other major business developments, including reports of a major sale involving his AI company, InterPositive, to Netflix for a reported $600 million, marking a significant moment in his professional portfolio as the property chapter with J.Lo reaches a new conclusion.
