‘We Get Lost in Titles’: Entrepreneur Milan Harris Plans ‘Dreamer’s Sanctuary’ for CEOs to Reset

Entrepreneur and fashion founder Milan Harris is calling on business leaders to look beyond titles and reconnect with their purpose, as she unveils plans for a “Dreamer’s Sanctuary” inside her company’s new headquarters in Georgia.

Speaking during an appearance on Forbes’ The Enterprise Zone at the Nasdaq MarketSite, Harris explained the importance of personal identity over professional labels.

“A lot of times we focus on the titles and not the individual behind the dream,” she said. “And a lot of times we get lost in those titles.”

Harris, founder of fashion house Milano Di Rouge, revealed that she has acquired a 21,000-square-foot headquarters in Marietta, Georgia, where she plans to dedicate 5,000 square feet to the Dreamer’s Sanctuary—a curated space designed to help entrepreneurs and executives step away from the pressures of leadership.

The sanctuary will host events such as “dreamers dinners,” Bible studies, and creative gatherings, all aimed at providing a safe space for reflection and renewal. Harris described the concept as a response to the constant performance demands placed on high-achieving individuals.

“Sometimes we don’t be able to just be,” she said. “We’re always performing.”

Central to her philosophy is the idea of intentional “resets.” Harris shared that she regularly takes week-long breaks each quarter, disconnecting from social media and daily responsibilities to recharge mentally and emotionally.

“I don’t do anything, and I don’t feel guilty for not doing anything,” she said, describing a recent reset in Alabama where she focused on rest and personal projects.

The initiative reflects a growing conversation around mental wellness and sustainability in entrepreneurship, particularly among CEOs and founders facing burnout in fast-paced industries.

Harris said her goal is to create a space where leaders can reconnect with themselves beyond their roles, fostering clarity, creativity, and long-term success.

“If you get anything from this interview,” she added, “take a reset if you can.”
