Jason Lee says Latto once tried to keep her relationship with 21 Savage out of the spotlight, claiming an offer of $20,000 was made to remove a post linking the two.
Speaking about the situation, Jason Lee alleged that Latto’s team attempted to pay him to take down content that referenced her connection to 21 Savage, including a post about a tattoo that fueled dating speculation. He said the offer was declined, adding that his outlet, Hollywood Unlocked, had reported on the relationship early on and chose to keep the story public.
“Latto announced her pregnancy and lemme give her a round of applause because this is why she doesn’t like Hollywood Unlocked and me,” Jason Lee revealed in the video, “Because we outed her relationship with 21 Savage before anybody else. And we wouldn’t let her pay us off to take it down. In hindsight, I should have taken the $20000 and went. It wasn’t enough, though. Well, look, congratulations to you after months and months of speculation, you’re confirming that you’re pregnant.”
The claim comes as Latto steps into a new chapter, recently revealing her pregnancy through the cover art and lead single for her upcoming album, Big Mama. She shared the announcement on social media, confirming the project’s May 29 release while debuting her baby bump in both the artwork and the “Business & Personal” music video.
Rumors surrounding Latto and 21 Savage have circulated for years. Speculation intensified in 2023 when fans noticed what appeared to be a tattoo of his real name, Shéyaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, behind her ear. The two were later spotted vacationing together in August 2025, adding to ongoing conversations about their relationship.
Latto addressed the rumors publicly in September when asked about the speculation, responding, “My man, my man, my man,” a statement that further fueled interest without offering full confirmation.
