NeNe Leakes has a few thoughts about Drew Sidora’s latest date on RHOA, and she did not hold back. The OG peach holder took to Instagram Stories to throw some serious shade after a man she allegedly used to date showed up on the show with Drew.
On Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Drew attended a skating party with a date named Terry. The thing is, Terry allegedly dated NeNe at some point in the past. The two made headlines over the weekend after photos of them together in bed were leaked online. The Jasmine Brand also reposted a comment from Terry in which he said the last few months had been amazing and eye-opening and that he has nothing but love for NeNe.
Well, after Terry’s brief appearance on the episode, NeNe jumped on Instagram Stories with a message. “If you wanted my leftovers, you should have asked for a plate,” she wrote, seemingly aimed at Drew. Then she added, “It didn’t even taste good. The thirst is real.”
Now here is the thing. In the episode, Drew made it pretty clear she was not even interested in dating Terry. Pinky Cole set her up with him, and Drew simply agreed to bring him as her date and be friendly. It was obvious she was not pursuing a romantic relationship.
During her confessional, Drew explained that she was introduced to Terry through her hairstylist, Walter, at a wellness event. Her stylist was just trying to encourage her to step back into the dating world after her divorce from Ralph Pittman. Pinky appeared to support that message by personally inviting Terry to accompany Drew to her skate party. Even though she did show a little interest when one of the girls called Terry her man, Drew made it clear she was not interested in building a dating roster at this stage of her life.
So NeNe is out here calling Drew thirsty for going on a friendly date with a man she allegedly used to talk to. But Drew never claimed him. She never pursued him. She just showed up to a party with a date her friend set her up with. NeNe said the thirst is real. But honestly, the only thirst happening might be NeNe’s need to stay relevant in the RHOA conversation. Ouch!
