Watch Samira Gibson’s Cinematic Visual, “Shine My Crown”

by Yah Yah

Back in October 2017, we featured a write up for New York vocalist, Samira Gibson‘s visuals for the single “#PWER.”

This week, the multi-talented artist unveiled her new video for “Shine My Crown,” another anthem of female empowerment. In the visual, Gibson can be seen cleansing her surrounding as she sings “I hate bad energy (It scares all the money away)”

Well, it’s still the beginning of the year and a great time to free ourselves of anything and/or anyone who’s bringing negative vibes to the party.
And we definitely do not want anything interfering with our paper now, do we?!

Gibson spoke to ShineMyCrown.com about the message behind her latest offering.

“Shine My Crown” to me, means truly honoring and acknowledging the royal beings we. Through this journey, we will experience things that will cause us to almost forget who we are and what we are here for. I think it’s important to understand that there are forces on this universe that don’t want you to remember or find out how great you are.
DJ Khalid said,”they don’t want us to be great.” But I encourage everyone to Shine “your” Crown and reflect greatness into the world! Light wouldn’t exist if there was no darkness. In laymen’s terms, haters gonna hate, do you boo!”
