Nicki Minaj recalled her chest “spilling out” from an all-black Burberry outfit at the 2022 Met Gala made her decide on a breast reduction.

The “Anaconda” rapper said she did her fitting and loved her outfit, but she knew that her boobs were going to be a problem.

She recalled how the gorgeous feathery bustier gown, leather leggings, and a matching baseball cap nearly resulted in a wardrobe malfunction courtesy of her chest.

The 40-year-old rapper revealed her reasoning while appearing while looking at a picture of her from that night during “Life In Looks” with Vogue.

“I just realized just this moment that actually there was something good that came out of this. It’s what really cemented the fact for me that I had to get my breast reduction,” she said.

In a November cover story for Vogue, the musician confirmed she had recently had a breast reduction.

In the Vogue clip, Nicki Minaj wore a pink and purple patterned cardigan with slicked-back wet and wavy black hair

Her matching purple beaded necklace dazzled as she explained her black Burberry Met Gala look, “I said, ‘You guys, listen, look, these boobs are gonna be spilling out.”‘

“And by the time we were ready to go, I looked in the mirror, I said, ‘Guys, my boobs are still spilling out.”‘

The rapper also noted that she “knew before we even left the room that the boobs were about to have a night of their own.”

Minaj also opened up about some of the regrets she had about her plastic surgery decisions.

“I guarantee you, if you change anything on your body and do anything surgical and all this, you’re going to look back one day and say, ‘I was fine just the way I was.'”

“And that’s what happened to me. I could not believe even some of the photos that I didn’t love,” Minaj shared.

And in true Nicki fashion, she encouraged her fans struggling to accept themselves.

“Love your curves, and love your non-curves. There’s nothing wrong with any of it. Today, I can say that I’m at peace with who I am and how I look.”
