Simone Biles reminded fans on TikTok this week that she’s also a 28-year-old woman who enjoys a little plastic surgery. In a “get unready with me” video shared with her 5.5 million followers, the Olympic superstar casually dropped a bombshell.
“I’ve had three plastic surgeries… and two of them you would never be able to tell.”
“Guess!” she told her fans with a smile, inviting them to play detective as she removed her makeup and chatted about fun facts from her life.
The comments section instantly lit up with theories. Some followers guessed a breast augmentation. Others suggested a blepharoplasty, the technical name for an eyelift. A few even threw in a butt enhancement for good measure.
But Simone wasn’t about to let incorrect guesses run wild. She popped into the comments and confirmed exactly what she’s done and why.
After one fan speculated about a boob job, Biles responded with nothing more than a cherry emoji, which pretty much confirmed that procedure.
“Lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger.”
So yes, the Olympic champ has had a lower blepharoplasty (eye bag removal), earlobe repair, and breast augmentation.
And honestly? If she hadn’t said anything, nobody would’ve known.
This isn’t the first time fans suspected a breast enhancement, either. Earlier in October, she posted a video of her first flip in a year and used a cherry emoji there too, leading followers to quietly raise eyebrows.
Now, she’s simply confirming what many guessed but never heard directly from her.
