She shared that she had the procedure done on June 16 with Dr. Kriti Mohan in Houston, Texas. Simone recounted how she and her doctor decided on an under-the-muscle placement to achieve the look she desired, based on “inspo pics” she provided. At a petite 4’8” and 105 pounds, she opted for 310cc high-profile silicone implants after realizing that the larger 330cc option just wouldn’t fit her frame.
But the true narrative kicked off post-surgery. Looking straight at the camera, Simone shared a relatable truth: “Y’all lied. This sh—t hurts… so bad.” While she laughed at the memory, she was candid about how challenging her recovery was. “Your girl could not move by herself,” she admitted, revealing that she took a full two weeks off and still struggled with everyday tasks.
Her husband, NFL player Jonathan Owens, had to help her out of bed on the very first day so she could make it to the bathroom. Simone thought her workout regimen and muscle mass contributed to her discomfort. “My recovery was rough,” she confessed.
As for the initial results? Well, she described those early days as looking a bit “extraterrestrial.” In fact, she recalled panicking the first time she caught a glimpse of her post-op self. “I did freak out,” she said, adding that they looked like they were “to my neck.” She even called Dr. Mohan to plead, “Take them out, they need to be smaller.”
