MOTIVATION IS ESSENTIAL
Do you have trouble with motivation? Your health, both mental and physical, are key when attempting to stay motivated and maintain a positive outlook on your life. Motivation is the fuel necessary to maintain forward movement. Motivation is essential after suffering a setback.
PHYSICAL vs. MENTAL
Society tends to be more focused on physical fitness rather than mental health. When it comes to motivation, your ability to think positively and stay either works optimally without the other. It’s been my experience that the main killers of motivation happen so quickly we don’t even notice them.

Comparing yourself to others is a sure way to deplete your sense of motivation. It brings about a feeling of inferiority and shifts your focus from your work to others.
2. Doubting Yourself
Who is going to believe in you, if you don’t believe in yourself? STOP breaking yourself down!
START finding the best in yourself and speak it to yourself daily.
3. One Thing at a Time
Focus your efforts on what you want. Don’t take on too many tasks and expect to accomplish any of them. Focus and execute!
4. Say NO to Distractions
The perfect way to kill motivation…..distractions. How many times have you been taken away from your work to take that 5 min call that lasts 30 minutes? How often do you tell yourself “just one episode” and the series is over in a blink of an eye? Distractions will always be there, golden opportunities won’t. Take the time to focus on your set goals.
5. Over Working
Be kind to yourself. Take care of yourself. Learn to love your inner child. Take time away from all work and just relax.
