This week, we’re asking for your help to find Alexis “Lex” Ware.
According to the Black and Missing Foundation, Alexis was last seen in Anderson, South Carolina on Highway 29 North on Jan. 30, 2022.
Officials say Ware is approximately 5’5″ and 230 lbs. Alexis also has multiple piercings and tattoos.
The father of Ware’s youngest child, T.J. Patterson, told officials that he met her around 7:30 p.m. at the 7-Eleven on the highway in Anderson County.
Patterson says he then took all of the children. Ware sped off in her vehicle and he assumed that he would meet her at his mother’s house. When they pulled up to a red light, Patterson says that Ware went around his vehicle and sped off.
He then repeatedly called her, but she never answered the phone. That was the last time he and their kids ever saw her. Alexis is the mother to a son and a daughter.
Ware’s Honda sedan was found in McCormick County on Feb. 3. Her family believes she was abducted.
“Alexis would have NEVER left her kids and just disappeared! With little to no information we are in need of extra investigators, billboards, radio, media coverage, ad placement!” the family’s GoFundMe page reads. “Please help find the mother of my daughter, anything will help even if it’s just a dollar! Thank you in advance and please continue to pray for her safe & unharmed return!”
