Singer, songwriter and Zen enthusiast Jhené Aiko had a rough weekend after she discovered that her car was stolen from a valet service while dining with family in Los Angeles.

Since then, her Range Rover has been found, although no suspects have been named in the case.  On Sunday, TMZ reported that the Chilombo star was mingling at Tasty Noodles House when she handed over her keys along with her 2020 white Range Rover to valet workers at around 8:30pm Saturday.

Approximately half an hour later, she saw someone surreptitiously driving away in her car but she didn’t think anything of it – she assumed it was probably one of the valet workers parking her car to a designated spot. It wasn’t long after that she noticed the car never returned. Although she carried an extra set of keys in her car, the car itself was gone.

The news comes just months after she delivered her second child with Detroit rapper Big Sean. “After 24 hours of Labor, A Lunar Eclipse, with rain from the beginning of labor til he was born, he’s here safe and sound,” Big Sean wrote in a caption to an Instagram post shortly after his son, Noah Hasani was born. “Happy, Healthy and everything we could ever ask for and more. Any and everything for you Son.”

Noah is the second child of Aiko and the first for Big Sean. She shares a daughter named Namiko with R&B singer O’Ryan Omir Browner. Her daughter, 14, is becoming a star in her own right after she joined her mother on the songs Sing To Me and Promises.

Born Jhené Aiko Efuru Chilombo, the Los Angeles native began her music career providing vocals for R&B group B2K. She would later work on her first album, My Name Is Jhené, through her labels Sony, The Ultimate Group and Epic although the album was never released.
