Reality TV star and entrepreneur Aikisha Holly Colon has opened up about her emotional and miraculous path to motherhood, announcing her new book Faith and Fertility on Instagram this week.
The Belle Collective cast member shared a powerful personal testimony that has resonated with many women struggling with infertility.
In a moving Instagram post and video on May 1, 2025, the Jackson native wrote:
“No follicles! No eggs! No ovarian reserve! 8 miscarriages! 4 IVF Clinics! 2 NATURAL CONCEPTIONS! 2 HEALTHY BABIES! 2 HAPPY PARENTS! 1 GOD! NEW BOOK ‘Faith and Fertility’”
The accompanying video shows Colon tearfully reflecting on her son’s pre-K cap and gown picture day, remembering the painful years of fertility treatments, miscarriages, and discouraging diagnoses.
“When I was told that I wasn’t going to be able to do it… when I was told my ovarian reserve was deteriorating… after eight miscarriages, after four different IVF clinics,” she recalled. “Now I have two—not just one—but two beautiful babies.”
Colon credits her unwavering faith for her family’s happy ending, adding:
“When God promises you something, you got to know that He’s going to do it. Stay faithful.”
