A very confident Slim Thug is convinced he’s on Megan Thee Stallion’s radar.
After the Houston hottie showed love to Slim Thug’s music during her viral Coachella set, the rapper is now fully convinced she’s crushing on him. That’s right. A little twerking to “Thug From Around the Way” and “Still Tippin'” has Thug talking dreams of date nights and DM slides.
“I know she got a crush on me,” he confidently told fans during a recent Instagram Live. “She danced to two of my songs! That ain’t no coincidence.”
Slim Thug, who’s been a staple in Houston hip-hop for decades, was feeling himself after Megan’s performance. According to him, this wasn’t just a casual moment of musical appreciation. It was a full-on flirt alert.
“If that ain’t a ‘I want you daddy’ call, I don’t know what is,” he declared with a smirk. “I’m just waiting on her to come to Houston and hit my line like, ‘Hey, I’m in the town! Pick me up!’ It’s only a matter of time at this point. She brought me out in Houston. I know she got a crush on me by this point. She danced to two of my songs!”
This isn’t the first time the two have shared a stage. Last summer, Megan brought Slim Thug out during her Hot Girl Summer Tour stop in H-Town to perform the Houston classic “Still Tippin’.” He was hyped and shot his shot in the caption of a clip he posted afterward.
“What y’all think I got a chance or naw?” he asked fans on Instagram, tossing in a cheeky sunglasses emoji.
Fast-forward to now, and Slim’s feeling more hopeful than ever. But even he knows Megan might be a little too much hot girl energy for him to handle in the long run.
“I probably can’t keep her. I ain’t gon’ lie,” he admitted. “She has a lot of energy. You could tell from the twerking! I can’t pop a Viagra every day! Got damn!”
But that’s not stopping him from trying. “We could have a good time. I’ll catch you in the city.”
