In recent developments, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, has faced criticism from a royal expert who labeled her as the “most difficult woman to satisfy.”
This comes amid claims that Meghan sought answers from King Charles III regarding differential treatment within the royal family.
Royal commentator Angela Levin expressed her views during an interview with Sky Australia, stating:
“Frankly, Meghan is the most difficult woman to satisfy. She’s got a load of millions, she wants billions – she’s one of those people.”
Levin further addressed Meghan’s comparison of herself to Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, emphasizing that the comparison lacked merit.
Meghan had suggested that Ferguson faced fewer consequences for her actions. However, Levin countered, noting that Ferguson began giving interviews and selling books after her divorce from Prince Andrew in 1996.
“It’s important to remember, she’s blaming Fergie, who was married to Prince Andrew, but the whole point of it was, she wasn’t married to him any longer. In 1996, they divorced. So, the life for Fergie was going to be very difficult. And she (Meghan) didn’t take that into consideration,” Levin remarked.
Levin also claimed that Meghan turned down opportunities to return to acting, even though the late Queen Elizabeth was reportedly open to the idea. According to Levin, Meghan responded:
“I absolutely don’t. I want to give my whole self to the Royal Family,” a decision Levin characterized as “a rather large error on her part.”
The royal expert criticized Meghan’s recent actions, describing them as a quest for publicity and a display of a victim-like attitude.
Levin concluded:
“It is ridiculous. I think it’s Meghan trying to get publicity. Saying anything. And she does like to be a victim. We’ve seen that many times on television. Moans and groans. This is just another one.”
