Authorities in Long Beach are urging the public to assist in locating a missing college professor and artist who has not been seen for more than a month.
Bria Williams, 33, was last seen on February 6, according to the Long Beach Police Department. Officials have not disclosed the exact location of her last known sighting.
Williams is described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing around 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and short dark brown hair styled in a buzz cut. Investigators say she is often seen carrying a red suitcase and a black tote bag. She also has a distinctive lemon-shaped tattoo on the back of her arm.

Police believe Williams may have traveled beyond Long Beach, with possible sightings or leads pointing toward Los Angeles, particularly the downtown area, as well as Venice Beach.
Williams is listed as a visiting faculty member at California College of the Arts, where she is recognized for her work as an abstract artist. Her disappearance has prompted concern among colleagues, students, and family members, who are continuing efforts to raise awareness.
Law enforcement officials are asking anyone with information about Williams’ whereabouts to contact the Long Beach Police Department at 562-435-6711.
The case remains under active investigation.
