We’ve watched Tamar Braxton grown and evolve so much over the past few years. When we watch a celebrity live out their life on reality television, it can feel like we know them sometimes – at least a little bit.
As she works hard to balance work and home life and battles to keep her family life together, the release of her album Bluebird Of Happiness marked a journey of self-discovery for the ‘Braxton Family Values’ star.
Yesterday, she surprised fans with an upload to social media of her cutting off her famous locks with the caption – “✂️ finally free”
She then uploaded a pic of her new low cut to Instagram, saying:
“Im over feeling captive to a wig, weave, people, people’s comments & opinions hell…even my OWN feelings! WE can choose to stop these things from having the power and victory over us!! And for me, that starts TODAY ♀️ #happysttamarsday ”
Her fans were over the moon with her decision to cut her hair and her posts were filled with nothing but love and support for the “Blind” songstress.
