The family of 13-year-old Keimani Latigue is pleading for help as the search intensifies for the missing girl, who vanished under chilling circumstances on March 18, 2025.
Keimani was last heard from when she reached out to her father, terrified and alone at home. According to family members, she expressed fear that someone might be trying to break in.
Her father and cousin rushed over, stayed for about an hour and a half, and, finding nothing immediately suspicious, left. That was the last time anyone saw her.
Disturbing Clues Inside the Home

The following day, Keimani’s grandmother visited the home and found several disturbing signs.
The young girl’s personal belongings—including her glasses, underwear in the dining room, and pajamas*—were still inside.
Even more unsettling, the stove had been left on, something unusual in a household where only Keimani and her grandmother lived.
Concerned loved ones believe these details suggest something is seriously wrong.
“She isn’t the type of girl to get into trouble,” a family member shared. “We don’t know why she would go missing or, if she was taken, why someone would want to hurt her.”
A Mother’s Anguish
As news of Keimani’s disappearance spread, her mother, Terra Caston, traveled from Cleveland to join the search efforts. The distress has taken a severe toll on her health.
“I have never had a seizure before in my life, sir, and I’ve had three within the past couple of days,” Caston told WTOL 11. “This is tearing me up. If my baby doesn’t make it home, I will never be okay again.”
She has been relentlessly posting online, distributing flyers, and urging the community to help bring her daughter home.
“I have not slept in three days. I have not eaten in three days,” she said. “This is breaking me.”
Community Urged to Help

Toledo police have not released new updates regarding Keimani’s whereabouts. Loved ones are urging anyone with information to contact Toledo Police or Crime Stoppers immediately.
“We need all the support we can get from anybody. We don’t care who it is—please just help us find my niece,” a family member pleaded.
The community remains hopeful that Keimani will be found safe.
