In a new Bottega Veneta campaign video, Rihanna and ASAP Rocky have captured the public’s heart by sharing an intimate and stylish moment with their sons, Riot and RZA.
ASAP Rocky is extending his partnership with Bottega Veneta this Father’s Day with an extraordinary campaign.
The black-and-white video and photo series features the rapper bonding with his adorable sons, RZA (2) and Riot Rose (10 months old), whom he shares with his partner, Rihanna.
According to Complex, the highly regarded artist Carrie Mae Weems and creative director Matthieu Blazy of Bottega Veneta collaborated on the Father’s Day campaign titled: “Portraits of Fatherhood.”
Fittingly, the Weems-shot campaign debuted on Father’s Day. Along with the images and video being released, Rocky was also announced as the newest brand ambassador for Bottega Veneta.
There is no denying that the endearing moments between Rocky and his boys steal the show, even though Rihanna herself doesn’t appear. The family is shown in the campaign playing around in an elegant living room setting while sporting opulent ensembles highlighting the newest collection from creative director Matthieu Blazy of Bottega Veneta.
A particularly sweet picture features RZA sitting on his father’s shoulders, and another shows Rocky giving Riot a gentle kiss on the forehead. In one shot, Rocky is seen working on a full-sized version of the piano while the two brothers, wearing onesies proclaiming them to be the “best dad,” play on a miniature instrument.
With this campaign, A$AP Rocky embarks on a new chapter in his life, embracing his public persona as a father.
