Alright, spill the tea! SZA has the internet doing some serious speculating about Drake’s kissing skills!

SZA found herself in the hot seat, literally and figuratively, when Keke Palmer casually dropped a bombshell question during their appearance on Hot Ones Versus with Issa Rae.

The episode was already full of laughs and flaming hot wings, but things really got spicy when Keke, without missing a beat, turned to her One of Them Days co-star and asked, “So… was Drake a good kisser?”

Whewww. Cue the screeching brakes.

SZA’s face did everything but answer the question. The Grammy-winning singer instantly freaked out, squirmed in her seat, and practically launched into damage control.

“That’s why I said f*** you in advance,” she shot back, clearly anticipating that Keke would pull something messy and hilarious.

Keke, of course, wasn’t letting up. “He must’ve been terrible,” she teased with the grin of someone who knew they had struck internet gold.

Meanwhile, Issa Rae, ever the sharp observer, chimed in, “The fact that you don’t want to say is very telling.”

SZA quickly tried to backpedal with, “We were children! 2009, we were children.” She wasn’t wrong. She was about 20, and Drake was 23. But the math doesn’t subtract the awkward tension.

Drake and SZA are said to have had a brief romance around 2008 or 2009. Their relationship largely stayed out of the public eye until Drake mentioned it in his 2020 song “Mr. Right Now,” where he rapped, “Yeah, said she wanna f–k to some SZA, wait / ‘Cause I used to date SZA back in ’08.”

Soon after, SZA clarified via social media that their relationship occurred in 2009 rather than 2008, characterizing it as a completely innocent bond. She subsequently labeled it as a “childish” infatuation, stressing that there was nothing significant about their time spent together.

In December 2022, SZA likened Drake to Regina George from Mean Girls, noting his fame and the occasional drama that follows him. However, she made it clear to fans that there was no animosity between them.

Even though they have a history together, Drake and SZA collaborated musically for the first time in 2023 on two songs from Drake’s album.
