Cardi B recently marked her 33rd birthday, thanks to her kids making it truly unforgettable. Over the weekend, when she walked through her front door, her daughter, Kulture, and son, Wave, surprised her with a delightful homecoming that has been the talk of the internet.
In an Instagram Stories video, Cardi turned the camera around to show her living room decked out in pink and red balloons shaped like a giant heart, beautiful flowers, and heartfelt handwritten cards from her little ones.
“I have the best kids ever,” she exclaimed while showcasing the lovely surprises. She focused on the cards, obviously touched by the sweet messages from her children. “Love my babies,” she added in the video, noting, “I can tell Kulture was behind this.”
But the surprises didn’t end there. There was also a gift from Don Julio, complete with flowers and a note that said, “Cheers to you on your special day!” Cardi playfully peeked into a Chanel shopping bag, teasing, “What y’all got me in there?” before revealing another room filled with even more balloons. “It’s the little things and big things for me,” she laughed.
Fans quickly took to social media to share their love, posting birthday tributes, nostalgic moments, and celebrating Cardi B’s growth as both an artist and a mother. “Kulture did that!” one fan remarked. “You can tell she put her little heart into it.” Another added, “This is the soft side of Cardi I love to see.”
This year’s celebration also follows a significant milestone in her career. Cardi B’s second studio album, “Am I the Drama?”, was released in September and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, achieving over 200,000 album-equivalent units sold in its first week, the biggest opening for a female R&B or hip-hop artist in 2025.
