London was last seen on Jan. 11, 2025, wearing a black jacket and Halloween-themed pants. She is described as a Black female, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
The Warren County E911 Communications Center has issued an appeal for anyone with information about London’s whereabouts to come forward.
