Cardi B is taking new legal action against blogger Tasha K, asking a judge to impose sanctions over what she describes as repeated violations of a non-disclosure agreement tied to ongoing commentary about her personal life, including mentions of Offset and Stefon Diggs.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Cardi B alleges that Tasha K has engaged in a sustained pattern of behavior aimed at targeting and harassing her and her family. The filings describe this as a “relentless course of conduct” carried out through what Cardi characterizes as “thinly veiled commentary and strategic provocation.” She claims that despite not always naming her directly, the content is framed in a way that her audience, which exceeds one million followers, can easily identify her as the subject.
Cardi B’s legal team states that these actions amount to at least 25 separate violations of the agreement. The filings point to multiple instances in which Tasha K allegedly discussed Offset, including recent posts referencing reports that he was shot in Florida. The documents also claim that Tasha K spoke about Cardi’s “then-romantic partner,” Stefon Diggs, during podcast appearances, which Cardi argues also breaches the terms of the NDA.
The motion requests that the court take stronger action going forward. Cardi B is requesting sanctions for each future violation, aiming to deter further commentary. She is also asking the judge to order Tasha K to immediately stop discussing her and her family across all platforms.
The latest filing adds to an already ongoing legal dispute between the rapper and the blogger, bringing renewed attention to how public commentary intersects with court-ordered agreements in high-profile cases.
