Joie Chavis, one of the mothers of rapper Future’s children, has received an apology from Brittni Mealy for leaking audio of the rapper claiming that he was never in love with Joie.
“Just wanna say I apologize to Joie for bringing her into something that had nothing to do with her. There is no beef. As a woman it’s never my intention to try to tear down another woman, y’all know I work so hard and messing with my business had me p–sed,” Brittni wrote on Instagram.
“I could of posted something different and used better judgment I’m just sick of being bullied by this man,” she added.
Brittni and Future got into a heated exchange on Twitter after she posted texts he allegedly sent to their son, calling her a “h-e.”
Future and his mother accused her of lying for attention. She then released the audio.
“I don’t look at Joie like I look at you,” the rapper says in the clip. “Me and Joie always been friends, super cool. Like, don’t even know that me and her was just always been super cool to the point where we still could be cool right now.”
Future continues, “I don’t look at her like someone I love, I never loved her like that, she know that. I never loved her, I never been like, told her ‘I love you’. You know what I’m sayin’? I never told this girl, I never told Joie ‘I love you’ but we had a good a– friendship. You know what I mean? I ain’t never tell her I love her.”
The rapper can be heard telling Brittni that he loves her.
Joie has stayed out of the mess and has remained silent.
Future has more important matters to contend with. Eliza Reign is dragging back to court to get their child support issues straightened out once and for all.
