Transgender model, Munroe Bergdorf trended worldwide when she become the first trans woman to front a L’Oréal Paris campaign. A few days after the announcement, Bergdorf was unceremoniously canned by the beauty brand, for speaking out against white supremacy.
We knew it would not take long for the stunning model to get picked up for a new campaign. The trans model is one of the new faces of British cosmetics brand, Illamasqua.
Fans have been calling for Fenty Beauty to sign Bergdorf, we will have to watch this space to see if their cries are heard. In the meantime, we’d like to congratulate Munroe Bergdorf on securing the bag!
