The family of 17-year-old Elizabeth Burkes is desperate for answers as the Cleveland teen remains missing more than two months after she was last seen.
Burkes was last spotted on January 27 leaving the Job Corps facility on Coit Road in Cleveland, Cleveland 19 News reported. According to authorities, she had withdrawn from the program and was carrying a duffle bag when she left.

Since then, there has been no contact from her, and police report that her phone is no longer working.
Her sudden disappearance has left loved ones deeply concerned. Burkes was last seen wearing a black coat, gray jogging pants, and black bubble slide sandals. She also has a nose piercing.
With few leads, Cleveland police are urging anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward.
“Elizabeth has been gone for far too long. We need to bring her home,” a police spokesperson said. “We ask the public to remain vigilant and report any possible sightings or information that could assist in this investigation.”
As the days stretch into months, her family continues to hold onto hope, pleading for Elizabeth to reach out or for anyone who may know where she is to speak up.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Cleveland Police Department at 216-621-1234.
