It’s been a year since the release of Solange‘s Grammy Award-winning album, A Seat at the Table. To commemorate the “Don’t Touch My Hair” singer’s groundbreaking album’s anniversary, Solange has released a limited-edition, red colored vinyl. The special edition vinyl will not be available until September 29th but is available for preorder.
As if the limited edition vinyl was not enough, Solange will also be embarking on a six-performance series entitled “Orion’s Rise,” which kicks off at the Orpheum Theatre in Boston, MA on September 28th.
The concert series will also feature several incredible acts including Sun Ra Arkestra, French pianist Chassol, Flying Lotus and Earl Sweatshirt. Some of the proceeds will go towards the Hurricane Harvey relief.
