We were excited a few months back when the first look teaser for Ava DuVernay‘s A Wrinkle In Time film dropped. Yesterday (Nov. 19th), the Disney unveiled the official US trailer, and it is everything!
DuVernay’s adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s A Wrinkle in Time, centers around a young girl named Meg Murry (Storm Reid), who embarks upon a rescue mission with her younger brother Charles Wallace (Deric McCabe), bestie Calvin O’Keefe (Levi Miller), and a trio of celestial guides (Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, and Mindy Kaling) to search for her missing father, Alexander Murry (Chris Pine). Along the way, they realize that the universe is being attacked by The Thing, a personification of evil, and the fate of the universe in their hands.

A Wrinkle in Time is slated for release in theaters on March 9th, 2018.
