At the highly anticipated world premiere of “Dune: Part Two,” Zendaya stole the spotlight in a stunning full cyborg costume straight from the archives of Mugler.
The co-star of the sci-fi epic sequel made a bold fashion statement on Thursday, Feb. 15 as she graced the sand-strewn carpet in a silver robot suit from Mugler’s fall/winter 1995 “Cirque d’hiver” 20th anniversary collection.
The futuristic ensemble, featuring body-hugging armor with sheer plexiglass inserts and built-in gloves, showcased Zendaya’s unique style and flair. Paired with matching silver heels, the outfit exuded elegance and sophistication.
While the original runway version included a matching headpiece, Zendaya opted for a sleek short hairstyle and accessorized with a striking blue diamond necklace from Bulgari.
Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, received special thanks from Mugler for curating the vintage look that captivated the premiere’s attendees.
Among the star-studded cast present at the event were Timothée Chalamet, Josh Brolin, and Rebecca Ferguson, alongside newcomers Austin Butler and Florence Pugh, who join the ensemble for the sequel.
“Dune: Part Two” picks up where its predecessor left off, continuing the epic saga of Paul Atreides, portrayed by Chalamet, as he allies with Zendaya’s character, Chani, and the Fremen in his quest for vengeance.
Pugh makes her debut in the “Dune” universe as Princess Irulan, while Butler takes on the role of Feyd-Rautha.
With a stellar cast that also includes Stellan Skarsgard, Christopher Walken, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem, the highly anticipated sequel promises to deliver another immersive journey into the captivating world of “Dune.”
As Zendaya continues to dazzle both on and off the screen, her striking appearance at the premiere further solidifies her status as a fashion icon and a powerhouse in Hollywood.
