Jessica Francois, a trailblazing Haitian American entrepreneur from West Palm Beach, Florida, has made history as the first Black woman to launch a line of mushroom coffee.
Her brand, Heavenz Shroomz Coffee, integrates organic mushrooms like Lion’s Mane and Chaga, creating an alkaline blend that promotes health benefits often missing in conventional coffee.
At 35, Jessica holds three degrees, including a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida.
Her background as a Mental Health Practitioner influenced her to develop coffee products that enhance focus and mental clarity without the usual caffeine-induced jitters and crashes.
Additionally, she aimed to create a beverage that supports brain health, cognitive function, and mental well-being, particularly aiding anxiety and depression.
