Kanye West is facing explosive allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has filed a shocking 88-page lawsuit accusing the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her at a party co-hosted with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The lawsuit also paints a disturbing picture of workplace misconduct during Pisciotta’s employment with West from 2021 to 2022.
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta claims West lured her in with a promise of a $4 million salary, only to fire her without providing the severance they agreed upon.
West has dismissed the allegations as “baseless” and accused Pisciotta of extortion, though he has yet to file a formal defense in court.
The most alarming part of Pisciotta’s lawsuit centers around a party in Santa Monica, where she says West forced her and other attendees to drink alcohol.
She alleges she became disoriented and has no memory of the night’s events. Years later, Pisciotta claims West confessed to her that they had “hooked up” during the party, even though she was unable to remember anything.
This revelation reportedly caused tension with Kim Kardashian, West’s then-wife, who believed they had an affair. Pisciotta, however, asserts she was raped.
The lawsuit goes even further, claiming that West fostered a toxic environment at his Yeezy offices. Pisciotta alleges that West engaged in sexual relationships with employees and even created makeshift bedrooms within the office for these encounters.
She also claims he had a disturbing obsession with pursuing the mothers of his targets, adding another layer of troubling behavior to the allegations.
These claims come as West continues to face a series of legal challenges, with Pisciotta’s lawsuit highlighting serious concerns about the treatment of employees in his inner circle.
While West has yet to respond legally, this latest lawsuit adds fuel to the growing fire surrounding the controversial artist.
