Dr. Wendy Osefo is stirring the pot with her candid thoughts on the 2024 election, claiming it provided “full confirmation” that America harbors deep-seated biases against Black women.

Before the elections, Dr. Osefo defended Kamala Harris’ qualifications against Trump’s on News Nation. She shared a video from the program featuring her fully supporting the probable Democratic nominee. In the accompanying caption, she wrote, “Because if we are being VERY honest, VP #KamalaHarris is overqualified while Former President #Trump is a product of white privilege #Election2024.”

“What qualifications does Donald Trump have to be the President of the United States?” she asked then. Wendy Osefo continued, “If Kamala Harris is a DEI hire, then if we’re being honest, Donald Trump is a hire of White privilege because he’s not qualified to sit at 1600 Pennslyvania Avenue.”

Now that the election didn’t go her way, Dr Osefo won’t sit idly by and watch the world burn. In a striking statement that has social media buzzing, Wendy boldly declared, “Let me tell you something. This may be controversial, but I honestly feel like if you needed any confirmation that America does not like Black women, the 2024 election is that for you.”

Wendy’s remarks come in the wake of a highly polarized election that saw Donald Trump reclaim the presidency without presenting a comprehensive plan to voters.

“Trump did not have a plan. He did not lay forth any policy. He did not tell y’all the work he was gonna do. There was no phase 1 or 2, and there were no next steps,” Wendy asserted while on the Way Up with Angela Yee show.

According to Wendy, the only semblance of a plan Trump presented was Project 2025, which stirred significant controversy. “He told you guys all that he would do, and then he tried distancing himself,” she added, referencing Trump’s attempts to downplay certain aspects of his proposed agenda.

“And people say, ‘It’s not about racism.’ It’s 1000% about racism,” she said.

In true Wendy Osefo fashion, she left her audience with a sharp parting shot: “But you know what? I’m at the point where I let them have it. Y’all voted for him; you deal with the ramifications.”
