Family Pleads for Help Finding Missing 19-Year-Old DaCara Thompson: ‘We Just Want Answers, and we Need Help’

by Gee NY

The family of 19-year-old DaCara Thompson is desperately searching for answers after she went missing on August 22, with her abandoned SUV raising concerns about her safety.

Thompson was last seen near Jasmine Terrace and Riggs Road, where she texted her father to say she had just filled her tank and would be home soon. She never arrived.

By the next day, her phone was turned off and she was reported missing.

Vehicle Found Abandoned

Police later discovered Thompson’s SUV parked illegally. Inside the vehicle were her purse, ID, cash, bank cards, and house keys — items authorities say she would not normally leave behind.

The only missing belongings were her cell phone and key fob, suggesting she may have intended to return shortly.

Investigators also confirmed there has been no activity on her bank account, intensifying fears that her disappearance may not have been voluntary.
