Entrepreneur and mindset coach Afnan Khalifa has sparked conversation on Instagram with a post urging her audience to rethink how they approach success.
She argues that the difference between wealthy and struggling individuals often comes down to the quality of their questions, not the speed of their answers.
In a caption accompanying her video, Khalifa (@theafnankhalifa) wrote:
“Not every fast answer is the solution. BETTER questions to better people (those who are where you want to be) is the real solution. Cheap fast answers will just have you going in circles for longer than you actually want. Get the right answers. That’s what matters.”

In the video, she elaborated on her philosophy:
“Rich people ask better questions. Poor people seek faster answers. If your brain is always asking, ‘How can I get there faster?’ you will keep landing in places you don’t even want to be. Poor people chase quick fixes — the free PDFs, another strategy, a trend, a hack. But rich people… they want to understand the actual game.”
Khalifa explained that high achievers often focus on deeper, strategic questions such as: “Why would someone pick me instead of her?” and “How can I become so valuable that people feel stupid to say no to me?”
She pointed out that the key to building lasting success is not in gathering endless quick solutions but in cultivating precise, high-quality thinking.
“The fastest way to scale,” she said, “is not more effort. It’s actually depth. It’s precision. And if your brain is addicted to shortcuts, you will stay stuck in shallow water watching other women build empires while you’re still asking for another shortcut.”
Khalifa’s message has resonated widely, drawing both agreement and debate among her followers.
“That’s why I take my time, constantly learn, and ask smart questions to understand the best strategy for the greatest outcomes,” one person chimed.
Many echoed her belief that mindset and strategic inquiry often matter more than constant hustle or chasing the latest trends.
