The “Me & U” singer, whose full name is Casandra Ventura, first teased her relationship with Fine in December 2018, two months after confirming her split from rapper Diddy.
On Nov. 16, 2023, four years after her breakup with Diddy, Cassie filed a lawsuit against the “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper, alleging he raped and sexually trafficked her over a decade. The next day, Diddy and Cassie announced that they had settled the lawsuit to their “mutual satisfaction.”
Fine remained supportive of Cassie throughout the legal process. In May 2024, he spoke out publicly after CNN released video footage from 2016 showing Diddy attacking Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel.
Yesterday, he penned a heartfelt birthday message to Cassie on her 37th birthday.
