Erica Banks has candidly shared details about her recent experience undergoing a second Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). In an interview, Banks revealed the excruciating pain and lengthy recovery process she endured.
“Buss It” rapper had her second BBL late last year, sparking a heated debate among social media users. She began to receive criticism from those who claimed she went too far with her enhancements, but she appears unfazed.
In an interview, Banks honestly described the physical and emotional toll of the surgery, shedding light on the arduous reality of the popular cosmetic procedure.
Despite her initial fears, she moved forward with the procedure, but what followed was a pain she described as “the worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life.”
“You know I was scared, but I just said a prayer, and I went there,” Banks admitted. “The healing process and going through it, like, the first day until you’re healed is hell. Probably the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my whole life… The first day, I passed out.”
Banks described the physical toll of the procedure, explaining how the pain was so intense that she didn’t feel fully relieved until April, months after the December surgery.
“The pain is just excruciating, you know, cuz the inside of your body is like brutalized. It took a while,” she revealed.
Despite the agony, Banks managed to keep her career moving forward. She explained how she prepared for her recovery by creating a stockpile of content before the surgery. “What I did was I did all my content and stuff before I went into surgery,” she said. “So when I was in bed for about 30 days, I couldn’t do anything. I was just posting stuff. I was posing every day because I already had my content.”
Banks went on to say that while her backside feels heavy at times, she is not currently experiencing back pain.
