by Gee NY

Jada Pinkett Smith has stirred conversation with a recent cryptic post about womanhood, shortly before going private on Instagram over Labor Day weekend.

The actress and producer shared a thought-provoking message on women’s inherent value, writing:

“A man can CHOOSE to belong to someone…A woman is told she MUST belong to someone or … she is not worthy.”

In her post, Pinkett Smith reflected on how women are often seen as incomplete without a male counterpart in some cultures.

She stated that women are “worthy simply because we exist” and urged her followers to reject fear-based thinking.

The post also featured a carousel of summer highlights, including beachside moments and jet ski adventures.

Pinkett Smith’s social media shift follows the release of her 2023 memoir, Worthy, where she openly discussed pivotal life moments, including the infamous Oscars incident involving her husband, Will Smith, and their seven-year separation that ultimately strengthened their marriage.
