The family of Los Angeles fitness influencer, Ca’Shawn “Cookie” Sims has made a plea to the public to help find her.
She has been missing for almost a month. She was last seen Sept. 8.
The Los Angeles Police Department says that the last reported location of Sims was in Duarte, a city in L.A.’s San Gabriel Valley. She has officially been reported missing.
Sims is 30-years-old, stands at 5 feet 1 inches tall and has black shoulder-length hair and brown eyes. The influencer also reportedly has a tattoo on her left collarbone, which reads, “It’s found in the soul,” and the Spanish word for “Earth” on her left forearm.
Her sister, Ca’rynn “Cee” Sims, says she also has tattoos on her body of an elephant, the phrase “As sisters we stand together,” and the definition of the word “serenity.”
“Please be on the look out for finding my sister to ensure that she’s okay and safe. She has abandoned her home, her dog and seemingly her phone which is unlike her. Our extended family (my grandad, aunts and cousins) cannot reach her alike with my middle sister, mom and dad,” Cee wrote on Instagram alongside a flyer of her sister.
“She lives in Duarte, CA and there is no indication to where she may have been headed after last leaving her home. So EVERY CITY, pls pls check for her no matter the location. If you see her, stay there until I or someone from my family can be reached!!!”
Ca’Shawn was known to her 215,000 Instagram followers as “The Booty Doctor,” and was working on an upcoming cosmetics line called Beauty By Cashawn.
