It’s unfortunate news for fans of “Acelley,” as Chelley Bissainthe and Ace Greene have officially parted ways just five months after their time in the Love Island USA Season 7 villa.
In a recent interview with SiriusXM’s Page Six Radio, Chelley opened up about the split, confirming that it was a mutual decision made with respect for each other.
“Ace and I actually decided to part ways,” Chelley shared. “It really was a tough decision for both of us, and very hard to decide. When you love someone, sometimes loving someone means letting go. So we just got to that decision that was best.”

At 28, Chelley reflected on the challenges they faced outside of the villa, hinting at some turbulence that made the relationship difficult to navigate. While she didn’t go into specifics, it was clear that the couple had conversations that led them to this difficult decision. “It was a mutual agreement that this is for the best,” she explained.
Despite the sadness of their breakup, Chelley emphasized that they’ve ended things on good terms. She recognized the support they received from fans, stating, “I have definitely thought about our supporters, our fans, and stuff, but I trust that they’ll understand that this decision needed to be made.” Respecting both herself and Ace, she felt it wasn’t necessary to dive into the painful details surrounding the split.
