Amber Rose has publicly shown her love for Teyana Taylor, just weeks after being exposed for having a romantic relationship with Taylor’s husband, Iman Shumpert, while he was still married.
Iman Shumpert and Amber Rose were spotted sunbathing in Miami earlier this week. The “couple” could be seen grinning as they chatted on lounge chairs. Then, they stripped down to their swimsuits for a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. Another image showed their stroll up the beach wrapped in big fluffy towels.
Of course, the images naturally sparked rumors that the two were romantically involved, although neither Amber Rose nor Iman Shumpert has confirmed this.
Regardless, Teyana Taylor’s friend Dasia Nicole recently commented on The Shade Room, claiming that the rumored affair began before Shumpert’s divorce was finalized.
In the fiery comment, Nicole put Shumpert and Rose on blast over the photos, saying: “This is so funny to me because when we were on that boat on New Year’s Eve, you & your friends villainized me for peeping the sneaky shit that was going on while Teyana & her kids were on that same boat… and I was right! This proves my point, then you want to be crying a river on that girl’s phone the next day.”
She continued, “My friend has been nothing but graceful this whole time, but you played a fucking game. Teyana, I’m sorry that I got this deep, but I’m tired of taking the high road. You’ve done everything in your power to save this man and his image.”
Amid the backlash, Amber Rose appeared unbothered and even went as far as showing public support for Teyana by liking one of her recent Instagram posts.
The post in question, a stunning photo of Teyana looking fierce and unbothered, was the perfect response to the swirling rumors. But Amber’s bold double-tap did not go unnoticed.
Teyana and Shumpert officially announced their separation back in September 2023. Since then, Teyana has accused Iman of being under the influence while caring for their children and of cutting off electricity and plumbing in their home, leaving her and their daughters without water and other basic necessities.
In addition, they have been fighting over money, with Taylor claiming that her former husband withdrew $4 million from shared accounts and left her to handle $200,000 in home renovations.
