Keke Wyatt says she’s a bit bothered that her last baby, Ke’Zyah, cannot speak and stand on his own despite being almost two years old in May.

The “If Only You Knew” singer acknowledged that her son has speech development problems and how this may affect their relationship.

“I’m getting ready to face the reality that he may be non-verbal. Because he will be two in May. And he can say ‘mom’, but that’s about it.

“I have faith God will do whatever he wants to do. But just as a mother of Nene, he would have been talking by now. It kind of bothers me a little bit,” Keke shared in the video.

The 41-year-old mother is currently experiencing every parent’s worst nightmare as she deals with her child’s health issues. The mother of eleven has been in and out of the hospital with her youngest.

When Keke Wyatt was pregnant with Ke’Zyah, she revealed that her baby had Trisomy 13, also known as Patau Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes severe intellectual disabilities and physical defects.

She also stated that she was advised to terminate the pregnancy, but she disregarded that advice.

And now, she is worried that her worst fears may have come to pass as her son is unable to stand on his own.

“Like just this one, he was to get up. He doesn’t want to lay down. And I’m wondering if he will ever walk. Like I will show you. I try to get him to stand, but he doesn’t really stand,” Watt said while trying to help Ke’Zyah stand on his feet.

The R&B singer also added that she thought to share the update with her fans because they’ve been with her throughout her pregnancy and Ke’Zyah’s birth.
