And the Golden Globe nominees are…

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association announced the nominations for the 76th Golden Globe Awards.

Actors Terry Crews, Leslie Mann, Danai Gurira, and Christian Slater helped present the nominees, with Isan Elba, daughter of Idris Elba, as this year’s Golden Globe ambassador.

Regina King is competing with Amy Adams in two categories: in the Best Supporting Role category for her work in the film If Beale Street Could Talk, and also in the Best Actress in a Limited Series or Made for Television Movie for her role in Seven Seconds.

Thandie Newton got the nod for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for her 2018 Emmy-winning performance as Maeve Millay in Westworld.

Black Panther got a nomination for Best Original Song – Motion Picture for the Kendrick Lamar and SZA duet, “All The Stars.”  It’s also up for Best Original Score – Motion Picture.

Congrats to the nominees!
