America’s favorite auntie just turned 69 and she did so in style over the weekend with a star-studded event in Beverly Hills.
Oprah Winfrey originally stepped into town to attend the Anastasia Beverly Hills 25th anniversary celebration but was surprised with cake and friends from all over the country to help her celebrate her birthday, which was on Jan. 29.
The soireé featured 25 women helping to celebrate Anastasia Soare, a Romanian-American businesswoman who Forbes ranked as the 6th-richest person in Romania with a net worth of $730 million.
Among the attendees was socialite Kim Kardashian who shared selfies from the event with fellow friend and entertainer Jennifer Lopez.
“Happy birthday @oprah. @sharonstone said it best last night toasting to you that you mean the world to the world,” the mother of four wrote on Instagram.
Kardashian was joined by her mother Kris Jenner who was also in attendance.
Jessica Alba also made an appearance to help celebrate Oprah’s birthday. “What a beautiful night celebrating the icon @anastasiasoare for building her incredible brand @anastasiabeverlyhills and paving the way for women to create brands and play by our own rules 💗✨👏🏽,” the Fantastic Four actress wrote on Instagram.
Soare chimed in on Instagram as well, writing “Happy birthday @oprah 👑 “YOU mean the World to the World “ like @sharonstone said last night !!”
Meanwhile, Bollywood-turned Hollywood actress and Miss World Priyanka Chopra, who was also there to help celebrate, wrote “Happiest birthday beautiful icon! You are joy! Truly.”
And Sofia Vergara, the Colombian bombshell who serves as a judge on America’s Got Talent and rose to fame for her role in Modern Family shared images of the rendezvous with fellow friends Alba, Heidi Klum and Rita Wilson.
Bestie Gayle King took to the Gram to wish the media icon a happy birthday, writing: “It’s a big day for all of us who love @oprah ! Happy everything to the girl who lives her best life everyday & does what she can to help everybody else do the same …”
Kerry Washington also showed loved writing “There’s no brighter light than today’s birthday goddess, @oprah. Thank you for all that you do ❤️🙏🏾 Sending you so much love today! happy birthday!!!!!”
