Angelica May, a 27-year-old North Carolina resident, experienced an unforgettable moment of joy and celebration after successfully defeating cancer.
May, who battled stage-two triple-negative breast cancer, was surrounded by loved ones at the Novant Health Zimmer Cancer Institute in Wilmington, North Carolina, where she had just completed her final chemotherapy session.
Amidst applause and support from her well-wishers, May received a heartwarming surprise when her boyfriend of 10 years, Imeek Watkins, presented her with 10 flowers symbolizing their decade-long relationship. But the surprises didn’t end there.
