One of the mothers to Nick Cannon’s 11 children isn’t taking a liking to what she believes is Cannon’s absence in her child’s life.
It all started when LaNisha Cole, 40, questioned why he frequently posted images of his other children on Instagram, but never posted images of the 3-month-old child she shares with The Masked Singer star named Onyx.
This caused Bre Tiesi, another mother to Cannon’s children, to clap back.
The Selling Sunset star shared a screenshot of a message she received from a fan on Instagram Monday, which said “I love that he shows up for his kids,” the fan wrote. “My kids’ dad doesn’t even send birthday cards or presents or Xmas gifts. Nothing.”
She further went on to applaud the 42-year-old father to her child stating that “THIS! Nick always shows up! Always [a] present, happy, consistent, loving parent and an even better person! We love u!”
Tiesi shares a 5-month-old son, Legendary, with the Drumline actor.
She further went on to share another user’s post which said that some fathers “won’t be of any support both emotionally or financially” to their children. “Facts. Merry Christmas 🎄,” she replied.
“There’s no need to mention me or send anything to my dms. It has nothing to do with me… and no need to be messy. It’s all love over this way 🙏🏾 Happy holidays to you and your family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Cole wrote on an Instagram story.
“It’s not easy but I have to do it for my daughter. She is incredibly blessed and is surrounded by so much love – and it’s not fake IG photo op love – it’s real day in and day out love.”
Cole added that it was “important for me to keep things positive and maintain my peace in the midst of it all.”
It doesn’t end there.
Some speculate Tiesi retaliated at Cole’s story by sharing a quote that read “We make photographs to help us understand what our lives mean to us.”
Cannon recently opened up about how hard it is being the father to 11 children.
“Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children,” he said on an episode of The Checkup with Dr. David Agus. “I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin. … I love all of my children. I’m grateful to all of their mothers for working with my crazy life.”
