WWE star Naomi has a baby on board! The talented wrestler, known in real life as Trinity Fatu, shared her pregnancy announcement on the Monday, Aug. 18, episode of Monday Night Raw, joined by her husband, WWE wrestler Jimmy Uso.
During a preview of her podcast What’s Your Story?, Naomi spoke to Stephanie McMahon, saying, “Big Jim has a big message for you.” Uso chimed in, urging the audience to “proceed with caution,” adding, “Because there is a baby on board. We’re all the way pregnant!” The crowd erupted in cheers as Fatu shared her joy, mentioning she had to get accustomed to this new chapter in her life. With a smile, she confirmed, “I’m pregnant, and I’m having a baby.”
Later, when Naomi was in the ring, she became emotional as she reflected on the huge moment. The ringside announcer expressed the sentiments of everyone present, saying, “Naomi, I feel like I can speak on behalf of everybody in this building tonight: We are so happy for you, congratulations!” Cameras captured the heartfelt moment as Naomi shed tears of joy, overwhelmed by the crowd’s support for her and Jimmy as they look forward to welcoming their little one.
Naomi and Jimmy, who already co-parent his children, Jaiden and Jayla, from a previous relationship, tied the knot in 2014 and have become a beloved couple in the WWE community. Even though Naomi has to give up her latest title because of her pregnancy, she reassured fans that her wrestling career is far from over.
“Even if I have to come back breastfeeding with my baby in my arms,” Naomi said with determination after revealing her pregnancy, “I’m coming back to pick up where I left off. Whoever has that title when I do, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution.”
