Reese tallied 11 points and 11 rebounds—including five offensive boards—during the Sky’s 83-68 loss to the Minnesota Lynx, adding a silver lining to an otherwise rough night for her team. The performance marked the continuation of her second 10-game double-double streak, a milestone no other WNBA player has accomplished.
A double-double refers to a player reaching double figures in two statistical categories—most commonly points and rebounds—during a single game. Reese’s consistency on the glass and her growing offensive contributions underscore her impact, even as the Sky struggle with a 7-16 record this season.
Reese had already made waves in her rookie year with 15 double-doubles, finishing the 2024 season just five rebounds behind MVP A’ja Wilson, despite missing the final six games with a broken hand.
