Comedian and entrepreneur B. Simone is embracing her health and fitness journey without shortcuts, sharing an emotional message about her progress without relying on medications like Ozempic.
In a heartfelt video filmed at a gym while vacationing in Turks and Caicos, Simone, whose real name is Braelyn Simone Greenfield, became emotional as she reflected on her commitment to self-improvement.
“Guys, I’m really in this gym getting emotional because I’m really doing this on my own without medication, without diet pills, without Ozempic, without cheating,” she said, fighting back tears. “I’m trying so hard, and I’m so proud of myself.”

The entertainer, who rose to fame as a cast member on Wild ‘n Out, spoke passionately about her dedication to personal growth, crediting faith, nutrition, and discipline for her transformation.
“I get up every day and try to feed my mind, my body, my soul, and my spirit with the ultimate level of nutrition—whether it’s reading something healthy, eating something healthy, listening to gospel meditation music,” she explained.
